Gehraiyaan Movie Story

Shantipriya now wants to be Alisha. Bashir Badr looks at him with dust in his eyes and he is looking for a dry tree to cling to. Being nice is not easy in the world. When the person living with you is not able to reach the garbage of the house to the right place, then a hook arises in the mind.

The heart asks questions again and again. But the face keeps smiling. Like the lion of Bashir Badr's ghazal that, 'I have learned from the river the greatness of water, keep laughing above and cry deeply'. While watching Deepika Padukone's new film 'Gahreiyaan', it is not known whether Deepika is Alisha or Alisha is Deepika.

Deepika Padukone has turned 36 years old. Along with him in the film are 31's Dhairya Karva, 28's Siddhant Chaturvedi and 23-year-old Ananya Pandey. The love stories of two couples coming together at a crossroads are not love triangles. These are stories that have more angles than triangles.

From Mahesh Bhatt to Vinod Pandey and Yash Chopra, many efforts have been made to make these love quadrilaterals from rectangular to square, but where do the arms of lovers come together?

They want to cover the sky. Wants to fall in love with someone. Without knowing that what is in his arms, his heartbeat is elsewhere and his intention is also not of sincerity.

Gehraiyaan Movie Review:

The English proverb that has been repeated millions of times is tossed on every such occasion that all is fair in war and love. But the person who says it also knows that this is just an excuse to wash away those feelings which start with dark colors. Here this blackness of relationships is seen in the friendship of a yoga instructor and a writer who has stuck and progressed.

If both of them live together then they also become lovers but except love, they seem to share everything. By the way, I do not understand why the yoga instructor herself goes to give a presentation of her app, there should be some tech guy with her. Well, if it is a Shakun Batra film, anything can happen.

He even avoids talking in Hindi and even for interviews, journalists choose such questions who can ask him similar questions. He himself believes that his idea of the film 'Ghehraiyaan' is 10 years old. The world of entertainment has changed in these 10 years.

The thinking of the audience has changed and this is the reason why even a film company of the country's biggest industrial conglomerate could not muster the courage to release films like 'Ghehraiyaan' in theatres. He is too scared to even release it on his own app.

Review and Acting

But, Alisha does not feel afraid. He has seen the true colors of the world since childhood. Relatives have a lot of money and have seen their helplessness. And gets hooked on her cousin's boyfriend when he takes her to an exhibition of his wealth. This is where Alisha's character begins to weaken.

He is shown a glimpse of his wealth before the heart of man. This is a major weakness of the script. Jain is greedy and selfish, this also becomes clear in the very next scene.

But Zain's gesture on Alisha's back is the start of a storm. Beyond this, writing too much on the story can spoil the fun of watching the film for those viewers who want to watch this film only for Deepika.

Role acting effective

Shakun Batra as a director has been making such films from the beginning, which have little to do with India. He makes films for those who read the advertisements on the front pages of English newspapers. But, his India does not support him at the box office because Hindi films, who decide their lifestyle according to the advertisements of English newspapers, watch very little or no.

Shakun's documentary 'Searching for Sheela' on Netflix also turned out to be a very superficial film and he does not get help from his cast to show the mood in the film 'Gahreiyaan'. In these artists, except Deepika, the other three main actors are very weak in expressing their expressions with the help of face expressions. That is why he repeatedly takes the help of the tide rising in the sea.

Shakun is making Dharma Productions' first adult film, miles ahead of the cinema indicating kiss due to the collision of flowers, but to show them the expressions of artists on such difficult paths of human relations, instead of flowers, the sea waves are resorted to. Have to take.

After the average success of 'Padmavat', Deepika's graph is continuously going down. 'Chhapaak' was praised but the film was a flop. The condition of '83' is known to all and now 'Grehiyaan'. Deepika has done something similar in trying to come closer to reality in acting, as when coming too close to the truth, the truth is often not clearly visible.

She does amazing acting. However, films like 'Gahreiyaan' may be just an experiment for her acting prowess, not a cement to cement her number one heroine status. This time Deepika is also very strong in the film 'Gehraiyaan' but the oil of her lamp does not bring purity in her light.

Infidelity gives a pain and even those who sing Dil Hai Toh Dard Bhi Hoga cannot be with his character.

Siddhant Chaturvedi is the weakest link in the film. His facial expressions remain the same in every scene. Now it is understood that his performance in MC Sher was not actually acting but who he is. MC Sher is Siddhant Chaturvedi. Once this becomes clear, the theory's acting starts to look very weak.

Dhairya Karva has been replaced by Vicky Kaushal in the film. He also does not impress much after the film '83'. Yes, Ananya Pandey is making progress. His stature may become a hindrance to his stardom later on, but he has taken the right path.

Technically, the packaging of the film 'Ghehraiyaan' is world class and from here it is also understood that what would have been Shakun Batra's reference points. Its cinematographer Kaushal Shah has done a wonderful job in setting the mood of the film. His cinematography in his frames especially in low light is amazing. He captures the story from within and tries to make the environment around the characters a part of the story as well.

It is not known whether there was a mistake in the editing of the film or whether the film was made as it is, but the film 'Gahreiyaan' has failed to properly capture the sentiments of the intimate scenes of love between its two main characters Alisha and Zain. The impulse of love of both seems fake.

Looks like Deepika is living Basheer Badr's lines after falling out of love with her personal life, 'After this, be very lonely like the path of the jungle, whatever you say with love.
